AMST delivers the engineering data package, specifying all requirements room by room. In addition, the foundation drawings including reinforcement plans to guarantee a proper foundation.

The customer orders construction either at a local company or via AMST. The customer can recommend local companies. In any case, the customer will be involved in the decision process.

Construction Supervision

Specialists from AMST or its subcontractors perform construction supervision. This is the most important task during construction to assure that the schedule, the quality of the building and its materials are according to the specification.
